Mrs. Wages Xtra Crunch Calcium Chloride Granules enhance the crispness of home canned pickles and vegetables. Just add this to steralized hot jars filled with the vegetables and brine just before securing the lid. Mrs. Wages Xtra Crunch granules replace the need for pickling lime to create crisp and crunchy pickles and vegetables. It is much easier to use and eliminates the time consuming soaking process required with pickling lime.
