We will accept customer returns and refund full purchase price if our returns department deems the following to be true about the returned item/s:
- Item/s was purchased in the last 90 calendar days
- Item/s does not show signs of use
- Item/s is in the condition in which it was received
Customers are responsible for shipping charges required for all returns. L&M Fleet Supply will credit or refund said shipping charges if the return is the result of our error. Please contact our internet department prior to returning the item in the case of L&M error.
All returns must include the order receipt and a written reason for return. Please contact us at email@example.com regarding return policy questions or concerns. We cannot be responsible for items which are lost in shipment when being returned. Returns should be shipped via UPS or Fedex. If sending Parcel Post, please contact us prior to shipment.
