Shipping Policy

L&M Fleet Supply is proud to offer world-class customer service for over 50 years. We place the highest level of importance on customer satisfaction in our 11 retail stores, as well as our online store. Our internet department is here to answer any questions or resolve any concerns you may have Monday to Friday from 8:00 am-4:00 pm Central Standard Time. Messages received Saturday and Sunday will be returned Monday morning or at a time requested by our customers.

SHIPPING POLICY

 Orders placed to our online store will be shipped via Fed Ex, UPS, Spee Dee, or best available LTL carrier. Additional handling charges may apply. A copy of the order receipt will be transmitted via email if the customer provides a working email address during the checkout process.

Each order shipped will include a packing slip stating the following:
• A copy of our return policy with exchange and return instructions
• Customer Name
• Items Purchased
• Ship-To Location
• Bill-To Location

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Customers may select Ground Service (1-4 days transit)
Express 2-Day Delivery, or Express Next Day Delivery.

Please allow 1-3 business days for processing on all orders, regardless of selected shipping method.

 

Orders may only be delivered to the United States, no exceptions.

 

Weekends and holidays are not included as business days

 

L&M Fleet Supply cannot be responsible for any delivery requests or accommodations beyond the carrier's determined delivery policy.

 

Please note that we do not currently ship to California, Alaska, or Hawaii.

Items with weights or dimensions deemed too large for standard small parcel delivery will be delivered using a less than truckload (LTL) carrier and will be delivered using a powered liftgate.

 

L&M Fleet Supply is happy to offer free ground shipping on most orders $99.00 or greater.

 

Some items may be shipped directly from our vendors. Please allow additional time for delivery. Returns may be subject to the manufacturer’s restocking charges.

 

Our shipping and handling charges and policies are subject to change without notice.

 

A street address is required for all shipments. No P.O. Box delivery is allowed.  Any order received that requires an address correction after the package is in transit may be subject to a $20 non-refundable processing fee.

In the case that an order is undeliverable or returned to the sender due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, the customer may be responsible for any return shipping charges incurred.
