It can be used for both high tensile and for other fence systems. Made with heavy duty construction, it holds up to 4,000 feet of high tensile wire. This fence wire spinner adjusts to fit 17-24 inch inside diameter of wire roll and has a built in breaking system. It's easy to assemble and disassemble -- no tools required.
