Make delicious jerky at a fraction of the cost of commercially prepared brands. Just blend our Jerky seasoning mix with 1/4 cup water, stir and knead well into 2 pounds of extra lean ground beef, poultry, or game meat. Then shape, press, and dry in the oven or dehydrator at 160F for about four hours. Great tasting, fresh Jerky made with ground meat (beef, poultry, or game meat) of your choice. To make flank steak jerky, use 1/2 cup water and 1/4″ strips of meat. Marinate overnight and dry. Makes great beef logs too!
