Official Rules For L&M Sweepstakes

1. L&M Fleet Supply employees, spouses, financial dependents and those within the immediate household are not eligible for the sweepstakes.

2. No purchase necessary.

3. Need not be present to win.

4. Must be a U.S. resident over the age of 18 to enter.

5. Valid, government issued ID required for verification of prize winner.

6. Limit one entry per person, per day.

7. Void where prohibited. NY, FL, & RI residents are not eligible for giveaway.

8. Winner will be selected at random and will be notified by the phone number located on registration form within 48hrs after selection.

9. Winner will pick up prize from 1 of our 10 locations or from our corporate headquarters in Grand Rapids, MN upon confirmation of registration information.

10. Prize winner will be responsible for license, title, tags, registration fees and all applicable taxes that apply.

11. Winner may be required to sign a release and affidavit of eligibility for use of winners name to be released to the public.

12. Winner will be required to fill out IRS form 1099 misc if prize is over $500.
