The paper is durable and resistant to tears, with double crimping to help prevent bursting during the brewing process. These naturally white coffee filters are free of chlorine and feature Microfine filtration for a premium brew without leakage. This allows all the flavor and taste to pass through while leaving the ground beans behind. The material also captures oils and impurities to reduce bitterness. No 4 coffee filters are widely compatible and fit most eight to 12-cup drip coffee maker machines. They are also compatible with pour-over models equipped with a cone-shaped basket. These Melita coffee cones are biodegradable and compostable so they will continue to serve an environmentally friendly purpose after use.
