Loctite® PL550® Tub Surround Adhesive - 10 oz
Loctite PL 550 Tub Surround Adhesive is specially formulated to bond most plastic bathroom and shower enclosures. It is unaffected by moisture, steam, water, heat or cold when fully cured. Loctite PL 550 Tub Surround Adhesive will not harm or burn-through tub kit materials if used as directed. Low VOC formulation meets stringent State and Federal requirements.
Recommended For:
•At least one porouse surface for best results
•Bonding most bathtub and shower surrounds (polystyrene, ABS and FRP panels) to waterproof drywall, drywall, or wood
Not Recommended For:
•Bonding tub surrounds to another non-porous surface such as ceramic tiles or plastic panels; use on bowed or bent panels
•Use in temperatures below 50°F (10°C) or above 100°F (38°C)
•Bonding cement board (Durock™) or Green Board
•Gluing plastic bathroom accessories, such as shelves and soap dishes, to tub surrounds or tile
