Slicing meat with a regular knife and cutting board is time-consuming and results in uneven slices. With this double-sided board, you can easily cut thin, uniform slices that dry evenly. The textured board and pressing plate hold meat securely while you slice.

FEATURES:
- Razor-sharp knife that is longer and narrower than a chef's knife, making it easier to cut extra-thin slices, and the knife can also be used for slicing roasts and other large cuts of meat as well as bread
- The high-carbon stainless steel blade holds a sharp edge and the tip is rounded for safety. The blade extends the full length of the ergonomic handle ("full tang") and inserts into the board for safe storage
- Multipurpose, nonskid Grip Mat to prevent board from slipping during use. Made from mildew-resistant material, it's easy to hand-wash between uses to kill germs and prevent cross-contamination
- Board and pressing plate are dishwasher-safe polypropylene
