K-T Industries Auto Darkening Helmet

Sturdy construction K-T Industries helmets are made of lightweight, molder nylon with a ratcheting headgear and moisture absorbing headband lining. The sensitivity adjustment knob is located outside of the Auto Darkening Helmet making it more convenient to adjust. Upon striking an arc, the filter automatically changes from clear to dark in only 1/30,000 of a second. Four optical sensors for better detection of the arc. Operator can set the delay time for the filter screen to change from dark to clear state-short, medium or long.
