 OVERVIEW: 

Ivomec® Pour-On for Cattle protects your cattle against a variety of internal and external parasites.

Parasites can lead to numerous health issues in beef and dairy cattle including impaired reproduction, reduced growth, poor productivity and even death. Ivomec® Pour-On for Cattle is a bovine dewormer that provides effective treatment and control of the following internal and external parasites that may impair the health of cattle:

  • Adult liver flukes
  • Gastrointestinal roundworms
  • Lungworms
  • Grubs
  • Horn flies
  • Sucking lice
  • Biting lice
  • Mange mites

Ivomec® Pour-On for Cattle contains the active ingredient ivermectin, which controls a variety of parasites of cattle. Each mL contains 5 mg of ivermectin, sufficient to treat 22 lbs of body weight in cattle. This product is for use in beef and dairy cattle only, and has a 48 day meat withdrawal time. Because a withdrawal time in milk has not been established, do not use in female dairy cattle of breeding age. Do not use in calves to be processed for veal.

 SPECIFICATIONS: 

Ivomec® Pour-On for Cattle, 1 L, offers effective control against external and internal parasites. Easy-to-use metering system for accurate dosing on cattle ranging from 40 to 550 lbs.

Ingredients: Ivomec® Pour-On for Cattle contains 5 mg ivermectin per ml.

Indications: Ivomec® Pour-On for Cattle applied at the recommended dose level of 500 mcg/kg is indicated for the effective control of these parasites:

Gastrointestinal Roundworms
Lungworms
Cattle Grubs
Mites
Lice
Horn Flies

Dosage and Administration: The dose rate of Ivomec® Pour-On for Cattle is 1 ml for each 22 lb of body weight. The formulation should be applied along the topline in a narrow strip extending from the withers to the tailhead.

Storage: Store away from excessive heat (104°F/40°C) and protect from light.
Cloudiness in the formulation may occur when IVOMEC® (ivermectin) Pour-On is stored at temperatures below 32°F. Allowing to warm at room temperature will restore the normal appearance without affecting efficacy.

Caution: Ivomec® Pour-On for Cattle has an 8 day withdrawal. Do not use in female dairy cattle of breeding age or calves to be processed for veal.
