OVERVIEW:
This 2-pack of bases allows for additional E-Hub™ mounting locations in hubs or elsewhere. This unique design utilizes the existing bolt/nut on hubs, so no additional installation hardware is necessary. The locking clip allows the bases to hold any E-Hub™ accessory, without fear of bumping them out of place. Each 2-pack of bases includes 4 self-tapping screws to be used in alternate settings, such as a flip-over shelters or a wheelhouse.

SPECIFICATIONS:
Installation:
- Loosen the nut on the exterior of your chosen mounting hub location until there are only a few visible bolt threads between the nut and the smooth part of the eyebolt.
- Tighten the eyebolt on the hub exterior by turning it clockwise until the nut rests against the washer.
- Re-tighten the exterior nut to secure this new eyebolt depth.
- Remove the nut on the interior of your chosen mounting hub location.
- Place the E-Hub Base over the exposed eyebolt and onto the hub.
- Restore the interior nut over the base and fasten it securely.
- Confirm that the nylon on the interior locking nut is fully engaged with the eyebolt threads. If not, return to Step 1 and loosen the exterior nut further.
- With the base now successfully mounted, simply slide the mounting plate of any E-Hub™ accessory onto the base until it clicks into place for use.
This versatile system allows you to expand the functionality of your pop-up shelter with a set of swappable accessories that all utilize the same secure base. With the base mounted in a desired location, simply slide the mounting plate of any E-Hub accessory onto the base until it snaps into place. Once installed, the base can remain attached to the hub during shelter takedown, ready for use with future shelter deployment (remove accessory from base before takedown).
For added versatility, the base can also be mounted to most other flat surfaces with the use of self-tapping screws.
Recommended tools for installation:
- 10mm wrench
- 10mm socket with ratchet
