Without digging, a shallow well can be made using these well point drive couplings and caps. To prevent damage to the threads when driving the well point into the ground, well point drive caps are placed onto the threaded end of the well point. Sections of threaded pipe can be joined to the well point with the use of threaded well point couplings. Additional pipe sections are attached to the well point and driven into the ground while the well point is being drilled to extend the depth of the well.
