L&M Fleet Supply is proud to offer world-class customer service for over 60 years. We place the highest level of importance on customer satisfaction in our 13 retail stores, as well as our online store. Our internet department is here to answer any questions or resolve any concerns you may have Monday to Friday from 8:00 am-4:00 pm Central Standard Time. Messages received Saturday and Sunday will be returned Monday morning or at a time requested by our customers.

POLICY & RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

We will accept customer returns and refund the full purchase price if our returns department deems the following to be true about the returned item(s):
• Item(s) was purchased in the last 90 days
• Item(s) does not show signs of use
• Item(s) is in the condition in which it was received

*Please note - returns are not accepted on ammunition or consumable products

All returns must include the order receipt and a written reason for return. We cannot be responsible for items that are lost in shipment when being returned. Returns should be shipped via UPS or FedEx. If sending Parcel Post, please contact us prior to shipment. Customers are responsible for shipping charges required for returns unless a return is required due to product defect or damage. Please contact L&M Fleet Supply prior to return in these instances.
