Part of our Specialty Jerky Line, these kits are made especially for Wild Goose Breast, with the great mesquite flavor. All Wild Goose Blends are blended specifically for Wild Goose but work equally well with other game and domestic birds.

Each kit seasons up to 15 lbs. of whole meat, 11 lbs. of ground. Kit includes one package of cure, one package of seasoning, a shaker bottle for easy mixing and detailed instructions.
