 OVERVIEW: 

The specially designed contoured seat slats will give you hours of enjoyment. They have been tested for durability and strength, and should not be mistaken for cheaper imported log furniture. Its comfort cannot be matched, just to sit in one, is to want one.

Imported log furniture made with Chinese fir will usually last between 1-3 years before it begins to deteriorate. Chinese fir does not have the integrity of cedar. Whereas, Northern White Cedar is naturally rot and insect resistant, and will last between 10-20 years. Left untreated, Northern White Cedar will weather to a silvery grey. If the white creaminess is to your liking, a quality penetrating oil, deck sealer, or water sealer will help preserve that beautiful color you fell in love with.

These cracks are called checks. Checking occurs when the logs dry and the cells shrink causing the wood to split. This does not weaken the wood. Checking helps give cedar furniture its rustic beauty. Since Cedar wood is naturally rot and insect resistant, you will be able to enjoy this product for many years.**
